Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care during night shifts. The candidate must have a blend of permanent experience and travel readiness.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond proactively to any changes.
- Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care and interventions accurately in the electronic health record.
- Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- MUST HAVE PERMANENT Ohio License or Compact State License in hand.
- BLS & ACLS certifications required.
- NIHSS certification must be obtained prior to start.
- One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required.
