This locum tenens OB Laborist Physician role in Iowa involves 12- or 24-hour call shifts primarily Monday through Friday with some weekend coverage. The physician will provide on-call labor and delivery coverage including vaginal deliveries, C-sections, VBACs, ER calls, and related gynecological procedures. Candidates must be board certified in OB/GYN, have an active Iowa license or IMLC, and be comfortable with fetal monitoring and various obstetric and gynecological procedures.
