-Seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join a busy, established practice
-The incoming physician will join an existing group with an established patient base and a great reputation
-Join an established group with Shared Call
-Hospital Employed:
-CALL will be 1:5-NO TRAUMA CALL
-APP support in both clinics
-Professional Mentorship from existing providers
-Full time Audiologist available at both clinic sites
-Subspecialization Welcomed
- Facial Plastics and Head Neck Fellowships would be very attractive to the community
- Some teaching available
- Recruitment Package may include: Base salary + wRVU production incentive, CME allowance, Sign-on bonus, Medical debt assistance + Consultative services by Navigate Student Loans, Relocation allowance, Residency stipend, Paid malpractice coverage, Health benefits + Retirement plan, Marketing + practice growth assistance
