An Aerospace Medicine Physician serves as the primary care provider for pilots, aircrew, and special-duty operators exposed to extreme environments in air, space, and combat. This role includes leading a team to develop and manage preventive healthcare practices to maintain the health and performance of Airmen. Position Summary
Pilots, aircrew and special-duty operators are exposed to extreme environments in air, space, and battle. As an Air Force Flight Surgeon, you will serve as the primary care physician for these extraordinary Airmen. You will also lead a dedicated team of specialized experts to develop, manage and implement preventive practices to keep our Airmen flying.
