Director of Outpatient Clinical Operations

UPMC is seeking a dynamic pulmonary medicine clinician (general or subspecialty) to lead outpatient clinical operations for the UPMC Comprehensive Lung Center and affiliated practices.
In this role, you will partner with nationally recognized experts across asthma, COPD, CF, ILD, pulmonary vascular disease, sleep medicine, and transplantation. You'll be supported by a strong management team, dedicated clinical staff, and on-site state-of-the-art PFT and sleep labs.
What You'll Do:
• Lead and optimize outpatient operations to ensure timely, efficient, high-quality care
• Maintain a robust outpatient clinical practice
• Collaborate with staff to solve operational challenges and improve workflows
• Support a strong training environment for fellows, residents & students
• Become an EpicCare superuser (experience helpful but not required)

Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.
- Current Pennsylvania medical licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Proven experience in a pulmonary/critical care setting preferred.
