Talent4Health is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Fort Dodge, Iowa.
Job Description & Requirements

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of previous PT experience required
- At least 1 travel contract completed - preferred
- OP experience required; IP experience is encouraged das well
- EPIC experience
Work 4 days in our outpatient clinic and 1 day a week in acute care.
If they are willing to work an acute weekend – 1-2 while here – we would take that as well. On call on Saturday 0700-1200 and Sunday 0700-1100. Only see ortho neuro and safety discharge patients.
