A board-certified Pulmonology Physician leading respiratory rehabilitation in a modern, multi-specialty medical clinic serving a large rural patient population. Provides expert care for a wide range of pulmonary conditions and supports hospital and emergency departments. Engages in community outreach to grow the practice within a well-regarded, independent healthcare system.
Our independent, multi-specialty medical practice is seeking a full-time clinic based Pulmonologist to join an established pulmonology department as a sole specialist
Function as the organizations Respiratory Rehabilitation director
Provide occasional support as a hospital & emergency department consultant
Opportunity to grow the practice with outreach opportunities and over 102,000 patient catchment area
Practice in a 6-year-old, $30 million dollar state of the art medical clinic
Qualified candidates must be Board-certified or Board-eligible in Pulmonary medicine. Candidates should also have excellent communication skills and the ability and desire to interact with medical center physicians, hospital administration, outpatient office physicians and staff, and respiratory therapy staff.
PATIENT CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURES: Full spectrum of patient conditions including: asthma management, cystic fibrosis, emphysema, COPD, interstitial lung disease, lung cancer, pulmonary hypertension, and sleep disorders
REQUIRED PROCEDURES: Bronchoscopy, Spirometry, Pulmonary Stress Tests, Sleep Studies (preferred), & Pulmonary Function Tests
