The Retail Merchandising Team Lead is responsible for providing in-store merchandising support including building displays, resetting shelves, inventory tracking, and supporting leadership with reporting and team management. The role involves training and onboarding new hires while ensuring excellent customer service and teamwork within a retail environment. This position requires physical work, leadership experience, and the ability to use digital tools for reporting.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
You’re 18 years or older
Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
Have reliable transportation to and from work location
Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
Have experience leading and training people
Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
