Details:

• BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with vent management courses
• 7 on/7 off, 12-hour shifts, 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am
• Some nights, physicians do rotate
• No call
• Open ICU (no intensivist)- vent management
• Hospitalist do respond to codes
• 15-20 patients per day
• 7 Hospitalist during the day shift and 2 during the night shift
