The program is based at Hedrick Medical Center with potential floating to Wright Memorial Hospital, both offering comprehensive acute care services in Missouri.

Hedrick Medical Center is seeking an upcoming graduate Registered Nurse to join our Nurse Residency Program in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
This is an excellent opportunity for a new RN to gain hands-on critical care experience with the support of an experienced, dedicated team. Our nurse residency program provides structured mentorship, education, and professional development to help you confidently transition from student to professional nurse.

- Coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines and procedures.
