• February 20-21 only at this time
• Mon - Fri: 8a-5p and night call 5p - 8a 24 hour call Sat-Sun

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• The hours for the locum provider does include call requirements. Typically they have reported 9 hours during the day 8AM -5PM and 15 hours (on call) for the evening call 5 PM - 8 AM including the weekends. They could be required to see a hospital consult for radiation therapy treatment
• Duties: The locum would see all of the patients one time per week but be available while the patients are being treated.
• FTE: 1.0
• Required Procedures: Typical Rad Onc

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :

• Board Certified Radiation Oncology - REQUIRED
• Active AR license - REQUIRED
• Residency/Fellowship - REQUIRED
• Active DEA - REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice/Background - HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Must be available for the dates listed in the job description and list at submission to be considered - REQUIRED
• Disclose if the provider has worked at any other CHI/Dignity facility - REQUIRED
• COVID VACCINATED - REQUIRED
