Facility:
This state-of-the-art facility features a 70-bed, Level-III NICU serving two facilities with approximately 7,000 deliveries per year. The health system includes Cape Coral Hospital which provides Level-I low-risk delivery service. The facility offers comprehensive subspecialty services (except cardiovascular surgery and ECMO) and maintains a strong commitment to family-centered care in a developmentally sensitive environment.
Opportunity: Board Certified - Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
Join a collaborative team of 10 neonatologists and 10 NNPs in providing exceptional care at a Level-III NICU. Job Details:
- Primary responsibilities include providing attending coverage at Level-III NICU
- In-house call and 24-hour NNP coverage
- Level-I coverage includes well baby care and back-up coverage from home
- 12-hour shifts with an option for 24 hours based on experience level
- Work schedule of 156 hours per month (1,872 hours annually)
- Team-approach toward care in a developmentally sensitive and family-centered unit
- Robust quality improvement program

Compensation:
