Position Summary
A growing, patient-centered women s health practice in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Physician to join its dedicated care team. Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: $260,000 $400,000 (based on experience)
- Bonus Plan: Incentive-based compensation tied to productivity and collections
- Sign-On & Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 depending on candidate needs

Responsibilities
- Manage prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care
- Perform gynecologic procedures, including minimally invasive surgeries and C-sections
- Deliver outpatient women s health services: wellness visits, contraceptive counseling, infertility evaluation, etc.
- Address both routine and complex gynecologic conditions
- Rotate call responsibilities with fellow OB/GYN physicians
- Collaborate with care teams across clinical and hospital settings
- Maintain thorough documentation using the EHR system
- Contribute to ongoing clinical quality improvement efforts
Candidate Profile
- MD or DO from a U.S.-accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Arizona
- Commitment to team-based care and patient-centered values
- Proficiency or interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery is a plus
