• 8-15 patients (in-patient) seen on an average day (depending on census)
• 30 bed unit
• Cal l: 1:4; no nights
• No outpatient
• Participate in resident training/mentoring
• Utilize effective communication skills at all levels to enhance team functioning, patient care coordination, and leadership
• Provide clinical care for all general rehabilitation populations
• Provide care that is compassionate, appropriate and effective for health problems and promotes health
• Employed by the Hospital
