This position is for a board-certified or board-eligible Med/Ped physician joining a respected Indiana group to provide both adult and pediatric care in inpatient and outpatient settings. The role includes pediatric call sharing, newborn rounds in a Level 1 nursery, and collaboration with a 24/7 hospitalist group for adult inpatient admissions. Compensation starts with a base salary plus signing bonus or loan repayment, transitioning to a productivity-based model after two years, and includes full benefits.
