Schedule: Call Only

Practice Setting: Inpatient

Types of Cases: Pediatric General Surgery

Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days

Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC

Certifications Required: Board Certification, Board Eligible, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)

Licensure Required: Active Arizona License
