Compensation:
Base Salary: $215,000 $245,000 (commensurate with experience and location)
Bonus: Quality and outcomes-based incentives
Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Package: Available

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our growing network of innovative, neighborhood-based primary care centers serving local Medicare patient populations. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide value-based, patient-centered healthcare supported by a dedicated care team that allows you to focus on delivering high-quality outcomes rather than volume-based care.

Role Details
Clinic Support: On-site lab and phlebotomist, access to RubiconMD specialist consultations
Transportation: Complimentary van service for patients within 5 miles
Team Composition: 3 5 providers per clinic (mix of NPs and Physicians)
Community Engagement: Wellness classes, events, yoga, dance, and health-focused activities
