RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg Tele
Job Details:
• Work on a 36-bed trauma/ortho/med-surg unit located on the 7A floor
• Maintain a 6:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Work with advanced equipment including IV pumps, Wound Vacs, SCD pumps, Kangaroo pumps, chest tubes, telemetry, PCA pumps, BiPAPs, and epidurals
• Perform typical procedures such as wound vac changes, wound care, IV insertions, and indwelling Foley catheter insertions
• Work every other weekend as required
• On-call when census is low
• Float to units 6A, 3A, 3South, and 4South as needed
• Med-surg experience required - candidates without this experience will not be considered
• Must demonstrate strong team player attitude and critical thinking skills
• Prioritization and time management skills preferred
• Required certifications: Active nursing license, ACLS, and BLS
• Dress code: Ceil blue scrubs required, no sweatshirts or crocs allowed
• Must be willing to work collaboratively as part of the healthcare team
