The Clinical Nurse on the Behavioral Assessment Response Team at St. Louis Children's Hospital provides specialized nursing care for pediatric patients with complex behavioral health needs, including assessment, care planning, and crisis response. The role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, patient and family education, and adherence to established nursing standards to promote safety and quality care. Candidates require at least two years of behavioral health nursing experience and prefer pediatric and CPI training in a hospital setting.

The Behavioral Assessment Response Team (BART) is a newly formed team at St. Louis Children's Hospital to assist in providing care for patients with complex behavioral health needs. The team floats throughout the hospital to provide education on escalation prevention, reviews and updates behavioral plans, establishes relationships, responds to CPI events, and much more!
- At least 2 years of Behavioral Health RN experience
- Up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus
- Benefits eligible
- Full-time; 36 hours per week
- Weekdays only - Monday through Thursday
- Nights; 12-hr shifts; 7pm-7:30am
- Holiday rotation
