I hope this message finds you well! I m reaching out with an exciting premium Nurse Practitioner opportunity in Tacoma, WA. This role is ideal for experienced NPs passionate about providing in-home care to geriatric patients with polychronic conditions.

Position Highlights:

• Location: Tacoma, WA (must reside within 20 miles)
• Coverage Area: Up to 1-hour radius; occasional travel across WA (hotel/rental car reimbursed per policy)
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm No on-call
• Patient Volume: 3 7 patients/day
• Start Date: November 1, 2025
• Duration: 6 months with potential for permanent conversion
• Travel Reimbursement: $0.70/mile (GOV rate)
• EMR: Athena

Requirements:

• WA NP license, BC,BLS, DEA
• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care
• In-home care experience with geriatric population
• Nephrology experience is a big plus
