About the Role Seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse practitioner for a home care position in Orange County, CA. This opportunity can either be a 6 month locum's contract or a permanent employment.

• Location: Orange County, CA
• Position Type: Full time
• Setting: Home care - Focus is on geriatric populations, especially those suffering from nephrology disorders and other poly-chronic conditions
• Start Date: Early November start date is expected
• Duration: 6 month's locums contract OR permanent employment
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
• Pay Rate: Competitive pay, W2 with included benefits

Qualifications • Board Certified NP • CA state license • Minimum 1 year of experience in home care and treating geriatric populations • Strong communication and patient care skills
