In this role, you'll sell staffing services, expand current client relationships, and recruit top-tier talent. You get to leverage technology for enhanced experiences, collaborate cross-functionally to generate leads, and focus on specialty areas like F&A, Healthcare, or Business Operations for temporary placements. Manage relationships with current clients, identify future needs, and offer thought leadership for daily operations.

What you need to bring:

5+ years of B2B sales in staffing or business development
Previous experience/background in Finance & Accounting or Business Operations is preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
Demonstrated track record of effective candidate & client generation strategies
Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job
A Bachelor’s degree is advantageous
Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
