Clinical Details- Emergency medicine coverage in a high-volume community emergency department
- Supervision of advanced practice providers and residents
- Evaluation and management of adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients
- Fast track and main ED coverage as assigned
- Procedural scope includes airway management and ventilation
- Central and arterial line placement
- EKG interpretation
- Orthopedic care including non-displaced fractures
- Minor laceration repair and incision and drainage
- Psychiatric evaluations for uncomplicated cases
- Arthrocentesis
- Lumbar puncture
- Paracentesis
- Management of acute volume and blood pressure issues
Requirements- Board Certification ABEM or AOBEM certified only
- State License Active Michigan medical license required
- BLS required
- Local provider required
- Emergency medicine experience strongly preferred
- Clean history
