- A licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in STATE
- Graduate from an accredited PT program
- Current CPR Certification
- Exceptional patient service delivery, outstanding interpersonal skills, and consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence, as well as adesire to develop professionally
- A passion for patient-centered care

In Illinois, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $65,000 - $105,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
