Our job summary

Home Instead is hiring in-home caregivers to provide companionship, personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting), meal prep, and light housekeeping across multiple Phoenix-area locations. Positions pay $16–$18/hr with weekly pay, benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401k match), paid holidays, mileage reimbursement, paid training, and a caregiver referral bonus. Candidates need at least 6 months non-family caregiving experience or certification (CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, RN), basic English, and ability to work consistent shifts with clients.

Rio Verde – weekday afternoon; Monday/Wednesday late morning
Anthem – Monday/Wednesday/Thursday late morning
Cave Creek – weekday afternoons
Scottsdale – Monday/Wednesday/Friday morning and afternoon
Northwest Phoenix – Monday/Wednesday early morning; Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Saturday late morning
Central Phoenix – Friday/Sunday early morning; Thursday/Friday late morning; weekday evening
Surprise – weekday afternoon; Monday early morning; Thursday evening

What you’ll do as a caregiver

Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
