Job Summary (List Format):

- Location Restrictions:
- Candidates with an Arizona (AZ) home address on their driver's license are not eligible; a copy of the license must be included in the application.

- All requested time off (RTO) must be listed, cannot exceed 7 days, and is not approved for the first week or holidays.
- List all facilities, states, and shifts the traveler is open to working.
- All departments of interest must be checked on the cover page.

- Experience & Certification Requirements:
- Minimum of 24 months of recent Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience required.
- Certifications (ACLS, BLS) must be American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross, active upon submission, and included.
- No license violations (hits) accepted.
- Active Arizona RN license required at time of submission (verification must be <30 days old).
- Travel nursing experience preferred.
