We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Reconciliation Manager to join our Reconciliations & Control team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Oversee the reconciliation processes by implementing best practices and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management to support their growth and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring the accuracy of financial data.
- Develop and enhance control frameworks to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency, demonstrating expertise in reconciliation and control.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Typically 4-7 years of experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in financial reconciliation and control processes.
