A Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician is sought for a 100% outpatient, hospital-employed position in eastern Iowa. The role offers a guaranteed base salary plus RVU-based incentives and allows the physician to design clinic staffing and operations. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8-5, with no weekends or on-call duties.
