What Were Looking For- MD/DO, Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Active New York medical license
- DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Medicare & Medicaid billing numbers
- Prior nursing home experience a plus
