Exciting opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a thriving two-provider practice in Fort Collins, Colorado. The practice emphasizes patient-centered care and features a modern clinic, complete with individual offices and a procedure room. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care in outpatient, inpatient, and clinic settings.
- Manage a caseload of 20-25 patients per day, including 40 minutes for new patients and 20 minutes for follow-ups.
- Collaborate with two audiologists and one APP to enhance patient care.
- Share clinic call evenly with fellow providers, managed from home.
- Participate in surgery one day per week in the operating room.
- Leverage a strong referral base within an integrated, multi-specialty health system.
- Work within a Level 3 Trauma facility, providing high-quality services to a diverse patient population.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible within 5 years, with a commitment to achieving board certification within 3 years.
- Additional training in Otology or Laryngology is preferred.
- Ability to begin work before December 2024 is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a dedication to patient care.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain.
- DEA must be obtained prior to starting.
- Clean malpractice history.
