We are a premier,well-established Urgent Care network with five locations north of Boston,dedicated to providing high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care toour communities. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Director tojoin our leadership team. This full-time role includes both clinical practiceand administrative oversight to support quality care delivery, providerdevelopment, and operational excellence.
Position Overview:
- Schedule: 5 days/week
- 3 days clinical (directpatient care)
- 2 days administrative(leadership, quality, governance, operations)
- Compensation: $240,000+annually, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadershipacross all urgent care locations
- Deliver high-quality patientcare in a fast-paced environment
- Oversee clinical protocols,policies, and quality assurance programs
- Collaborate with executiveleadership on operational strategy and workflow improvement
- Serve as a mentor andresource to providers, ensuring clinical excellence and teamwork
- Participate in hiring,onboarding, credentialing, and ongoing provider education
- Ensure compliance with stateand federal regulatory standards and best practices
- Maintain a positive,patient-focused culture aligned with organizational values
Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accreditedmedical school
- Board Certified in EmergencyMedicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care specialty
- Active Massachusetts MedicalLicense (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 3+ years of UrgentCare or Emergency Medicine experience
- Prior leadership ormanagement experience preferred
- Strong communication,interpersonal, and team-building skills
- Commitment to high-quality,evidence-based care and operational efficiency
