Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
Job Description & Requirements

- Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Employment Type: Travel
- 12 h nights with every other weekend
- Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:Variety of MedSurg:
- DM (no insulin gtts), Respiratory illnesses, GI illnesses, Neuro sx, Trauma sx, spinal precautions
- Cardiac and CT surgery – pre-CT surgery (CABG), Cath lab patients (clean Cath) – will manage TR bands
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS- required
- Skills required: Cardiac rhythm interpretation, PCA pumps, all types of surgical drains, wound care, TR Bands
- Gtts that traveler will manage: Cardizem, Nitro and Amio – must be comfortable to learn
