Full-time Medical Director opportunity with a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) center located in Mishawaka, Indiana. Position Highlights:

• Leadership role overseeing medical care and clinical outcomes for PACE participants

• Full-time, permanent position not open to locums or visa candidates

• Board Certification in Family or Internal Medicine required

• Fellowship in Geriatrics or CAQ in Geriatric Medicine (or in progress) strongly preferred

• Must have at least 1 year of experience working with the frail or elderly population

• Prior supervisory experience required

• Active Indiana license (or willingness to obtain)
