This position is for a Hematology/Oncology physician to join a collaborative outpatient practice in Kentucky with no weekend call and a 1:4 phone-only call schedule. The role involves treating a balanced mix of hematology and oncology patients, participating in tumor board reviews, and engaging with academic residents and research. Practice Highlights: Join a collaborative team of medical, radiation, and surgical oncologists, Hiring two Hem/Onc physicians in a large health system with an integrated team Earn up to the 75th MGMA percentile in your first year 1:4 call schedule with phone-only responsibilities, no hospital admissions. Facility includes 21 infusion chairs and 8 exam rooms with the practice consisting of a 50/50 mix of hematology and oncology care.
