Urology in Iowa 60 minutes from the University of Iowa Clinics and Hospitals 2 hours from Rochester MN and Mayo Hospital 2 hours from Des Moines 4 hours from Chicago Our established Urology group is looking to add a 3rd physician Seeking provider comfortable with robotic surgery State of the art technology and equipment available for delivering the highest quality care Call: 1 in 3 In office procedures include office cystoscopy, bladder biopsies, uroflow measurement and bladder volume ultrasounds Surgery and outpatient procedures are performed at MercyOne Waterloo, which is located just 5 minutes away from the office Offer: $600K guarantee for 2 years + Production Incentive Income potential $650K+ on production $50K Starting Bonus $15,000 Relocation Longevity Bonus: $30K in year 2 and $30K in year 3 Employer paid Malpractice and Tail coverage. Health insurance is a shared premium with 3 plan options. 2 Dental and 2 Vision plans to choose from with employer shared premium. Employer paid Short Term Disability with option to purchase Long Term Disability at minimal cost.
