Block scheduling
Daytime Hospitalist 7 on / 7 off ? 15 shifts per month
Nocturnist ? blocks of 5 nights; 10-15 shifts per month
Average 15 patients per day
Hospitalist group of 40 physicians
No code coverage
Open ICU
No Procedures
Must be BC Internal Medicine with an unrestricted CA medical license
