A Las Vegas-based facility is seeking a Teleradiology Physician to provide remote night shift coverage interpreting diagnostic imaging studies including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds. The role requires reading approximately 120 cases per shift with a priority on CT Perfusion studies, using multiple PACS and EMR systems, and collaborating with medical staff. Candidates must hold an MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology and have an active Nevada medical license or IMLC.

- Consistent Night Shift: The primary need is for a Late 1 - Remote shift: Weekdays, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (8.00 hours). All read times are on Pacific Standard Time (PST).
- Volume Requirement: The provider is expected to read approximately 120 cases per day, which translates to around 100 wRVU per shift. The quarterly wRVU threshold is 13,000.
- Case Mix & Acuity: You will read a mix of ER and Outpatient cases. The modality breakdown is approximately 50% simple X-Ray, 25% CT, 15% Ultrasound, and 10% MRI. A high priority is placed on the ability to read CT Perfusion studies.
- Full-Time/Part-Time Flexibility: We are open to reviewing all candidates, but ideally prefer candidates who can commit to at least one week straight every month.
- Technology: You will utilize multiple PACS/Dictation systems, including InteleRad, Clario, and NovaRad. The EMR is Cerner.
- Remote Setup: Candidates MUST have their own workstation, diagnostic monitor, and computer.
- Interpret and report on various diagnostic imaging studies (X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds).
- Provide coverage for a high volume of ER and Outpatient studies.
- Maintain proficiency in reading a variety of imaging, with a priority on CT Perfusion.
- Utilize provided PACS, dictation, and AI tools for timely and accurate diagnoses.
- Collaborate effectively with medical staff and referring physicians across the hospital system.
- Education: MD or DO.
- Board Status: Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology is required.
- Experience: Ability to read a variety of imaging.
- Licensure: An active Nevada State Medical License or IMLC is required. The facility is not willing to license.
- The target start date is November 17, 2025. The contract duration is 26 weeks.
