Join a Level I trauma center with employed position and structured APP support. Neurosurgeon role; permanent, full-time at Northeast Tennessee Medical Center (Northeast TN). Call 1:4–1:5; APP support (APPs 1:3 on call). Mix of cranial and spine cases including complex spine, SCS, peripheral cases. Location: Tennessee. - MD/DO with neurosurgery board certification or eligibility
- Active TN medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with cranial and spinal surgery; complex spine experience preferred
- Comfort working in Level I trauma center and taking call

Medical center seeking Neurosurgeon to join a Level 1 trauma center.
Employed Position
Call 1:4/5
One surgeon is winding his practice down and mainly does cranial.
Others do standard cranial work and spine.
Two do complex spine.
Other does a full range.
Some small peripheral cases and SCS.
The physicians are supported by APP?s in all aspects including call 1:3 ratio of APPs.
