• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Lead and mentor nursing staff as a Charge Nurse
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float to other departments as needed, performing tasks within your competency
• Maintain certifications: American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and Conscious Sedation
• Need 2 years experience in setting
