We are actively seeking a board-certified Family Medicine provider to join our group, providing high quality outpatient care in a primary care setting.Education/Licensing Requirements:Graduation from accredited medical school (MD or DO).Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.Valid and unrestricted Connecticut medical license or ability to obtain.Valid DEA registration and Controlled Substance CertificateAcademic appointments are available.
