Permanent role covering a 30-bed CARF‑accredited inpatient rehab unit (flexible inpatient/outpatient mix). Schedule: 1:4 call. EMR: Epic. Requirements:
- BE/BC in Physical Medicine & Rehab
- Valid IL medical license (or eligible)
- Experience with stroke, neuro, CVOR, amputee rehab preferred
- Ability to work inpatient acute rehab and coordinate with hospitalist program
- Eligible for hospital credentialing and Epic use
