The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism, delivering tailored interventions after school hours. This role requires an active RBT credential, reliable transportation, and a passion for supporting learners’ growth with empathy and intention. What you'll need to be successful:

RBT Credential with an active status through the BACB
Reliable transportation to homes within the greater Northern New Jersey area
Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and reference checks prior to working with our learners
Passion for doing ABA right by acting with intention and empathy in every interaction with learners, caregivers, and supervision team
