Seeking a certified Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient pain management care at a physical medical clinic. Responsibilities include patient evaluation, ordering and reviewing tests, diagnosis, treatment planning, and performing trigger point and joint injections. Experience in orthopedic, physical medicine, rehabilitation, or ultrasound-guided injections is preferred but training is available for the right candidate.
