Assignment Overview
Lutheran Hospital Pulmonary Critical Care is seeking multipleLocum Tenens Physicians to assist with extra volume coverage. This is an inpatient-only role with no outpatient duties. Physicians will cover a busy, high-acuity 80-bed ICU with a strong support staff in place.
Start Date: November 1, 2025
End Date: Ongoing
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (7 pm 7 am), 7 on / 7 off

Average Census: 30 patients per shift
EMR: Cerner
Supervision: Required for APPs (1 NP/PA per shift)
Support Staff: 1 RN + 1 office staff
Candidate Requirements
Board Status: BC/BE- Critical Care Medicine or Pulmonary Critical Care
Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS
License: Active Indiana license required (no IMLC accepted)
Privileges: Temporary privileges available ( days)
