Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Collaborative Physician to provide oversight and guidance for our team of Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs). As a Collaborative Physician, you will review charts, offer clinical guidance, and ensure compliance with state regulations. This role is ideal for physicians seeking flexible, remote work while making a meaningful impact on patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide collaborative oversight and guidance to NPs and PAs in accordance with state laws and regulations.
- Conduct chart reviews and provide feedback on clinical decisions, treatment plans, and patient care.
- Collaborate with NPs and PAs to develop treatment strategies, refine clinical skills, and support professional growth.
- Ensure that medical protocols, policies, and procedures are being followed.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and improve patient care processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical guidelines, state requirements, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Active medical license in MO.
- Board certification
- Previous experience working with NPs or PAs in a collaborative setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with EMR system is a plus.
Work Hours:
- Flexible hours.
- Mostly remote work, with occasional in-person consultations or meetings as required.
