Responsibilities
Provide inpatient care, including rounding and discharges
Assist with admissions and cross-coverage
Work in an open ICU (no procedures required for this role)
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and hospital staff to ensure seamless, patient-centered care
Qualifications
Board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Acute Care or Family Medicine with hospitalist/inpatient experience
Current California NP license or eligibility for licensure
Strong clinical and collaborative skills; prior hospitalist experience preferred
