Weekend-focused schedule (Sat–Tues, 7am–5pm) with hands-on facility work. Facilities Technician in Bernville, PA; full-time Sat–Tues 7am–5pm; hourly pay $20.75; ongoing/regular shift role supporting building, grounds, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, inspections, vendor coordination, and small projects. - High school diploma or GED - Experience in facility/grounds maintenance - Ability to read technical procedures and regulations - Computer literate (Microsoft Office) - Strong communication and team problem-solving skills

Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $20.75

Shift: 7am-5pm Sat-Tues

What's the Job?

• Maintain interior and exterior of building, grounds, and structure to ensure everything is operable and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Provide emergency and unscheduled minor repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and mechanical equipment.
• Work with contracted vendors during scheduled maintenance or repairs, establishing and maintaining good rapport to facilitate quality service.
• Perform routine inspections of the warehouse, stock office and dock areas with supplies, and assist with internal employee workstation or office moves.
• Assist with building projects and deliver packages or materials across departments, supporting overall facility operations.

What's Needed?

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, governmental regulations, and business documents.
• Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applicable to warehouse and dock operations.
• Effective communication skills to interact with management, employees, and vendors.
• Ability to resolve issues quickly and work effectively as part of a team.
• High School diploma or GED, with demonstrated experience in facility and grounds maintenance.
