The Med Tech provides personal care and medication assistance to senior residents, supporting their daily living activities and monitoring their health needs. They work closely with nursing staff to update care plans and encourage resident engagement in community activities. This role requires certification as a Medication Aide or Technician and a compassionate approach to senior care in a supportive living environment.

Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities. Nursing, Aide, Certified Medication Aide, Licensed Medication Aide, Med Tech, Medication Technician
Salary range: USD $21.00 - USD $24.25 /Hr.
