- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Education Debt Reduction: Eligible for student loan repayment over five years, plus additional education loan repayment possibilities.
- Recruitment Incentive: Sign-on bonus authorized.
- Competitive Salary and Bonuses: Pay: Range $350,000-$390,000 per year. Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases.
- Generous Paid Time Off: Enjoy 50-55 days of annual leave, including 26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, and 11 paid federal holidays.
- Retirement Benefits: Traditional federal pension with five years vesting and a federal 401K with contributions up to 5% from the VA.
