Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) position in Texas requiring a TX or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) within a hospital setting
- Primary shift is 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Assignment length is 13 weeks
- Adult cardiovascular patient population
- Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill cardiovascular patients
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team within the CICU environment
- Assigned day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
- Compliance with all facility credentialing and documentation requirements
Requirements
- Active TX or compact state RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year recent CVICU experience
- Current AHA or ARC BLS and ACLS certifications, with no expirations within 30 days of start
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the last 12 months
- U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
